Christian Education programming at First Congregational Church of Ramona exists to promote the mission to live a life of love.  Our Sunday School, Youth Ministry and Adult Small Groups programs are all focused on providing opportunities for attendees to develop supportive spiritual relationships, to grow in spiritual wisdom through understanding of God’s Word and it’s application in daily life, and to become devoted followers of Jesus Christ.

ADULT SMALL GROUPS
FCC is excited to be presenting a Small Group ministry for our adult parishioners.
Small groups at FCC are regular gatherings of 8-12 people who connect in fellowship, grow spiritually, and become more like Jesus by serving others.  And why do we need to be a church of Small Groups?   There is ample biblical and sociological evidence that leads us towards the value of having meaningful connection in our lives.  It is our mission at First Congregational Church of Ramona to live a life of love.  We do this by guiding our members and those in the community towards opportunities to connect with others in spiritual relationship, grow in spiritual wisdom through the Bible and its application in our daily lives, and become more Christ like by serving our communities.  Small Groups will provide the platform for each of these strategies, and support us in living that loving life.

SUNDAY SCHOOL
The Sunday School program at FCC is offered in coordination with our
10:15p.m. and 4:15p.m. church services, and is for preschool and elementary age children.
Our classroom philosophy is based on the Orange curriculum, and maintains the belief that Sunday School exists to support families in growing our children’s relationship with God.facebookcm  Orange synchronizes the light of the church (yellow) with the love of the family (red).   For more information, please refer to www.whatisorange.org, and a great resource for parents is www.orangeparents.org.

YOUTH MINISTRY
Youth programming is created for Junior and Senior High students, with Sunday morning classes in coordination with our 10:15a.m. church service.  In addition, Junior High Youth Group meetings are held on Thursday evenings at 6:30p.m. in the Youth Building, and Senior High Youth Group meetings are held on Tuesday evenings at 7:00p.m., also in the Youth Building. NURSERY
Nursery care is provided for children under 3 years old in coordination with all Sunday services (
9:00am, 10:15am and 4:15 p.m.).
A welcoming environment for our youngest parishioners is provided, so that parents can enjoy the worship service without worry.
