It
is great when God's family comes together in fellowship. We are
able to create bonds that last lifetimes and span generations. Our
church attempts to provide these opportunities on a regular basis.

fellowship opportunities, please free to contact the church office for
more information.
ALL
CHURCH FELLOWSHIP The care ministries board (and various other boards) enjoys the
responsibility of creating opportunities for everyone in the church to
get together and enjoy our friendship. They plan beach parties,
Padres baseball outings, an afternoon at
the theatre or simply pot-lucks that bring us all under one
roof.
ADULT FELLOWSHIP Newly
revived, the Adult Fellowship Group has
been meeting once a month for Potluck Dinners in Pilgrim Hall. In
May, they enjoyed a cookout and campfire at the Rozendal's homestead!
This Summer they are looking forward to plays, perhaps a beach trip, and
another Bar-B-Que off church campus. Look for their latest
endeavor in the Herald Newsletter.
WOMEN'S
FELLOWSHIP Women's fellowship is in charge of the annual Harvest
Fair. The money we raise goes towards the upkeep of the church
kitchens. We have a book club called the Brown Bag Book Club and
we meet once a month at
church after the 2nd service to discuss our selection. Bring your
brown bag lunch and join us each month. We post our selections in
the Herald each month.
The
next Women's Fellowship event will be our "Almost Autumn get together on
September 18th. Many rejuvenating Summer plans may be crowding
your calendar, but please be sure to mark this date! Look to sign-up beginning in
August to attend and also offer your specialty tea sandwiches.
Better yet, join with two or three other friends to create a lovely tray
of these treats. Also,
please circle Saturday, October 15th. It is our annual Harvest
Fair. Look for more about both events in the insert page of your
Sunday church bulletin.
MEN'S
FELLOWSHIP Men's fellowship generally gets together over a service or
clean-up project around the church. They tackle those big jobs
that our everyday custodial staff just can't quite handle.
There
is also the opportunity to come together over breakfast once a month.
Men's
Prayer Breakfast meets every third Saturday for prayer, fellowship
and a hearty breakfast. We take an in depth look at a passage
from the bible and discuss the many meanings it has as we strive to
apply the Good News of Christ in our daily lives. We encourage
you to participate as we learn together of the love we can share with
all we come in contact. If you have questions regarding this
fellowship opportunity, please contact Hal Mortier through the Church
Office.
WIDOW'S
FRIENDSHIP Widow's friendship is a group of widowed ladies who get together
over lunch on the second Tuesday of the month to share friendship and
support for each other. They will sometimes take fieldtrips to
nearby events or have a meal out with the Pastor. This is an
opportunity to share insights with others in a unique time of
life. For more information, please contact the Church
Office.
