Our Care Ministries team serves the members and friends of FCC during their times of need. This care is provided through a variety of ministries—such as those listed below—and we're always looking for more helping hands. Join us and share the love!

Care Notes: In the narthex of the church there is a display of “Care Notes.” These pamphlets address many issues that confront members such as death, divorce, illness, and much more.

Flowers: Special bouquets of flowers are created from the flower arrangements donated for the altar area each Sunday and are taken to shut-ins, the ill, or maybe someone just in need of something to brighten their day. If you know of someone who could use a bit of cheer, please contact the church office.

Hospitality: Refreshments following a memorial service or a special recognition event at the church are provided by Care Ministries.

Meals: If circumstances such as illness or recovery from an accident, operation or birth, prevents someone from cooking, Care Ministries will see that a yummy meal is delivered to that person's home. There are many members of the church who volunteer their excellent culinary services to the Care Ministries team.

Transportation: If you are in need of a ride, Care Ministries and volunteers from our church are happy to pick you up at your home and take you to your destination. Minimum 72-hour notice is required.

Visitation Ministry: Members of our Visitation Ministry coordinated by Diane McKee visit those in the hospital, assisted living facilities, and our homebound members. If you or someone you know is in need of a special visit, contact the church office.
