Staff and Pastoral Relations Board
The SPRB promotes effective, open communication and understanding between the congregation, the Pastor, and the church staff. They provide a place for staff and congregants to come and seek guidance and resolution of issues. The Board regularly evaluates the relationship between the Pastor, the staff, and the congregation.
