This five-week Bible study, led by John Stevenson, will take you through the key periods of power and change in the region, providing historical context that enriches your understanding of the Bible and current events.

Schedule:

  • Week 1: October 1st
    History of Israel: From Prehistory to the Exile

  • Week 2: October 8th
    Israel Under Persian and Greek Rule

  • Week 3: October 22nd
    The Roman and Byzantine Period

  • Week 4: October 29th
    The Arab and Turkish Period

  • Week 5: November 5th
    The British Period and the Establishment of Modern Israel in 1948

Note: We will not meet on October 15th due to the Mission Board meeting.
