Our Annual Meeting is the biggest business meeting of the church. Every church member is invited to come and celebrate the year we’re leaving behind and look forward to the year ahead. We make important decisions about our goals for ministry in the year to come.

IMPORTANT NOTE: In order to remain as safe as possible in light of the risks associated with the spread of Covid-19 (especially the Omicron variant), we have decided to forego our traditional post-worship luncheon. After worship on Sunday, we will take a short break to stretch out but then we will head right into our Annual Meeting. The meeting will begin at 11:15am and there will be a Zoom option for those who will not be attending in person. Please adjust your schedules and calendars accordingly.

One of the most important things we will do at the Annual Meeting this year is adopt some changes to our bylaws. We encourage every member to look the proposed bylaws over and let us know if you see any issues IN ADVANCE of the meeting. One of the best ways to get involved in our ministry is by joining one of our ministry boards! The Diaconate is a board that is responsible for the hospitality and welcome of the worship experience. The Mission Board engages in service and outreach to our community and the world. The Care Ministries Board provides pastoral care to our congregation…. these and so many more are what makes us tick.
